How long does it take to have a quote for my car?We will send you a quote within 24 hours. We would usually give you a call with your quotation.

When will payment be made?We make immediate payment on delivery through bank transfer or paynow.

What if I still have an outstanding loan on my car?We are able to do the full settlement on your behalf (Fees may apply) and let you have a hassle free process of selling your car.

Will RTMT pay a deposit if I decide to sell my car?Yes, we will pay a deposit once you e-sign the sales agreement.

Is your offer firm?Our offers are subject to viewing but we will not nit-pick. We understand we are purchasing a used-car and accept that normal wear and tear as well as door dents are perfectly normal.

Can i deliver my car later or do i need to handover on the spot?Our offer is usually for deliveries within 7 days. Please let us know if you have any stipulated date to handover and we can discuss.
